PLANNING CONSENT
STAGE ONE

Fundamental to securing planning consent is the understanding of the finer points of local and national planning policy and keeping up to date with the myriad of changes brought about by the drive to construct an additional 1.5M homes by 2029.

Using our in-depth knowledge of planning policy, we are best placed to quickly assess a sites potential and find the appropriate route to obtain planning consent. 

 

TECHNICAL DESIGN
STAGE TWO

Following the grant of planning consent, we can assist with all of the technical details that need to be submitted prior to the construction process, including discharge of planning conditions and the production of detailed drawings for building regulation purposes and JCT tendering process. 

BUILD MANAGEMENT
STAGE THREE

With extensive experience delivering our own developments, we are perfectly positioned to oversee every aspect of the build phase.

We have a good relationship with a number of reputable local builders and can assist with the selection of appropriate contractors for your development. se

We act as your dedicated client representative—ensuring a smooth, efficient, and stress-free construction process from start to finish.
